Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mike has been in the management field for over 14 years. He has worked as a mental health clinic manager where he developed strong empathy and active listening skills. He then moved on to third-party administration of medical benefits managing local and remote teams. He now finds himself in the veterinary field where he can use his technical and soft skills to improve his team, clinic, and client experience, and still lights up at every dog he sees.
In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts; fitness; Lego collecting; tabletop, miniature, and role-playing games; and spending time with friends and family.
