Erika was born and raised in Wallace, ID. And graduated  with DVM from WSU-CVM in 2006. Previously, she received B.A. in Biology and K-8 teaching license from Hamline University, St. Paul, MN, in 2001.
Erika loves all kings of animals and enjoys educating people about these animals. She works with small mammals, reptiles, and almost anything else that crawls, walks, slithers, or flies (except insects and fish). She also has a strong interest in behavioral medicine.
Hobbies include rock-climbing, hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Favorite actress Audrey Hepburn. Favorite movie Lady and the Tramp.
