For pets 7 years and older: This gives us a good baseline survey that will allow detection of common “senior” problems that can be alleviated with practical treatments to prolong your pet’s healthy senior years. As we all know, it is not how long we live, it is the quality of the years we have together. This work up gives a solid assessment of the function of kidneys, information on liver health, heart health, detects underlying diabetes as well as associated problems such as glaucoma.
Includes: Geriatric Examination, complete Urinalysis, geriatric blood panel, and either a glaucoma eye check (ocular pressure) or a blood pressure monitoring and an EKG (heart rhythm review).
